Glen has nearly two decades of legal experience advising on investment and finance transactions, particularly in cross-border scenarios.
His clients have ranged from the world’s largest investment manager to small companies seeking advice on corporate growth and development. Glen is often called upon to distill highly complex situations into straightforward, executable solutions.
In addition to a wide range of conventional corporate transactional and financial structuring experience, Glen has drawn upon his undergraduate studies in religion to advise clients on structuring investments to comply with specific religious guidelines.
