Bagchi Law Expands IP Legal Services

Attorney Mayukh Sircar to lead new Intellectual Property Law focus

Bagchi Law was founded on the core belief that commercial business clients deserve the expertise of a large law firm, coupled with the care and agile nature of a boutique practice. Today Bagchi Law is announcing the launch of a new business unit that will address the diverse needs of today’s global business. As part of this expansion, we promote Attorney Mayukh Sircar to vanguard our Intellectual Property Law services.

Mayukh, with years of experience in business and intellectual property law, will assume overall responsibility for our IP offerings. Mayukh is well suited to practice IP law due to his background in biotechnology which was his first introduction to protecting new ideas and was even what led him to study law.

“I am passionate about working with teams with new ideas and novel ways in which to implement them, to make sure they are free to achieve their highest potential,” said Mayukh.

When Mayukh first joined Bagchi Law, he was intrigued by the full spectrum of services, the high degree of collaboration with clients, and the culture of teamwork within the firm. The expansion of IP law is a natural next step. We can help startups and entrepreneurs develop their intellectual property and install the measures necessary to protect branding and install essential trademarks to protect your growing business. From ideas to research to filing to maintenance and protection – we will ensure that your IP is your own.
